Todd has been the Jostens printing and publishing representative in Northeast Oklahoma since 1999 and has extensive training in all aspects of yearbook production ranging from design, journalism, marketing, selling, and the latest technology in yearbook printing. Todd majored in journalism at the University of Oklahoma. While there, he was ad executive for the school newspaper and spent time working with the student yearbook staff.
Todd’s service and dedication to his schools has made him a valuable rep to Jostens. In 2011 he became a member of the Jostens President’s Club.
Todd lives in Owasso, Oklahoma with his wife Ashley and son Colter.
Ashley has been the representative in the St. Louis area since 2008 when she joined the Jostens family. She graduated from Illinois State University with a degree in marketing and business. Originally from Southwest Oklahoma, Ashley moved to St. Louis when she was a young girl. She is excited to be back in Oklahoma and provide schools with the tools and technology necessary to make a dream yearbook that students will treasure for a lifetime.
Ashley’s experience, expertise, and Jostens resources allow her to assist yearbook advisers and staffs with balancing all the tasks required of them including: photography, page design, coverage, content, and overall budgeting of the entire yearbook process. She prides herself on being a true “partner” for schools, yearbook advisers and their staffs. Ashley feels truly blessed to be apart of the Jostens family and have the privilege of working with so many talented individuals in education.
I was born and raised in Kansas, and now raising my 3 children in the same small town I grew up in. I graduated from St Mary’s High school in 2002, and started with Jostens November of 2006. I enjoy working out and have recently started ballet, but in my spare time I love to spend time with my family and friends.
John, proud granddaddy-oh of Chase and Paige, has lived his passion for over 30 years. He proudly admits that he has "produced some of the worst and some of the best yearbooks" in the nation during his career. From getting "stuck" with the yearbook job to transforming it into a rewarding lifetime career, John has shared his experience and expertise with thousands of advisers, editors and staff members as a classroom teacher and publications adviser.
He is a CSPA Gold Key recipient, Dow Jones Newspaper Fund National Journalism Teacher of the Year, NSPA Pioneer, FJA Hall of Fame inductee and JEA Medal of Merit Honoree. His contributions to scholastic journalism over the past 25 years have included advising state and national award winning yearbooks, newspapers and magazines; authoring yearbook curriculums and countless journal articles; and teaching/speaking at conferences and conventions across the nation.
